Philosophy of Ministry

Our childcare philosophy in Fort Wayne is rooted in helping children and families find and follow Jesus. As a registered ministry of The Pointe Church, we embrace our calling to share Christ’s love daily. Through Scripture, prayer, chapel time, and music, we create a Christ-centered foundation that shapes children’s hearts and minds. Our goal is to guide them in faith and character, preparing them to live a life that reflects God’s love.

Our Curriculum

Faith and learning come together in our customized curriculum. Designed around the Indiana Early Learning Foundations, this well-balanced approach prepares children for kindergarten while building strong values. As your child progresses through our program, they’ll explore art, music, reading, math, science, and Bible-based activities that spark curiosity and build confidence. Each experience is designed to nurture their growth, both academically and spiritually, preparing them for a bright future.

Children thrive on consistency, and at Carepointe Academy, we’ve designed our daily schedules to provide the structure and security they need to feel at ease. Our routines are thoughtfully balanced to include a mix of quiet and active moments, ensuring your child stays engaged and happy throughout the day.

From scheduled snacks and lunch to playtime, rest, and learning activities, every part of the day is carefully planned to meet your child’s needs. For our potty-trained little ones, regular bathroom breaks are also part of the routine. You can feel confident knowing your child enjoys a steady rhythm that keeps them comfortable, happy, and ready to learn.
